On ski trips there are occasional mishaps with the equipment but yesterday Leela actually snapped a ski and so Elizabeth, Sienna and Ruby says she deserves the moose

Unfortunately we were unable to ice skate tonight as the Claviere rink was not in a suitable condition. We attempted to book the Sestriere rink but this has been closed for a few days.

The students were understanding and many welcomed the opportunity to get an early night.

Actually it was freezing tonight with the hotel thermometer recording minus 12 plus the wind chill.

Tomorrow is a normal full day of boarding or skiing. Dinner will be served at 7:45 and then we will hold an awards evening at the neighbouring white tower.
